摘要 目的 总结急性脑梗塞的动脉接触溶栓和球囊机械开通栓塞血管的可行性和安全性。 方法 通过对10例急性脑梗塞患者(其中栓塞血管为大脑中动脉5例、大脑前动脉2例、颈内动脉主干3例)，在发病9 h内进行了超选择动脉接触溶栓，对较难开通的颅内栓塞动脉实施了球囊机械扩张开通。 结果 治疗的10例脑梗塞患者主要栓塞血管得到100%的开通，全部得到了相对较好的恢复。 结论 超选择动脉接触溶栓加球囊机械扩张开通技术是安全有效的，明显提高了栓塞动脉的再通率。
Abstract Objective To observe and summarize the feasibility and safety of superselective intraarterial contact thrombolysis and balloon mechanical expansion in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 10 acute cerebral infarction patients were treated by superselective intraarterial contact thrombolysis and balloon mechanical expansion within 9 hours from first attack , including 5 cases of middle cerebral artery occlusion, 2 cases of anterior cerebral artery occlusion and 3 cases of internal carotid artery occlusion. Results The main occlusive vessels inciting cerebral infarction were all recanalized, and all patients got relatively better outcomes. Conclusion Superselective intraarterial contact thrombolysis and balloon mechanical expansion in the treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction is safe and efficient, and the ratio of recanalization is greatly improved.
